The tomb of Juman Jatti within the Makli Necropolis dates back to the Arghun period in the early 18th century. However, the inscription indicates an earlier construction in 980 AH / 1572 AD during the Tarkhan Period, under the rule of Mirza Baqi Beg. This suggests a possible later modification or addition to an existing structure. The tomb is a square brick and stone construction, notable for its use of stone at the core of its foundation. It features three openings on the north, south, and east sides, along with a stairway accessible from the north. Inside the now-collapsed dome, six stone-carved graves are located. The structure is characterized by its red brickwork, a dado of dressed stone blocks, and arched doorways set within thick walls.
The restoration project for Juman Jatti received board approval in March 2022 with a budget of PKR 2.000 million, its the execution was managed by the Head Office. Recognizing the critical state of the monument, where the dome and drum had collapsed, immediate attention was required to stabilize the remaining structure.
